May 2025 Prayer Letter

Dear Family and Friends,
What a privilege and honor it is to serve the Lord here in Peru. Our God is an awesome God. Your prayers and support always give me new energy for the work ahead. It has been a very busy couple of months. For this reason our consistent efforts have been very fruitful.
Throughout the months of January and February, I traveled to San Lorenzo to plan for the next few trips. During the month of March, Luis Gonzales and I were in Puerto Requena 5 nights. We were blessed to teach in the newly formed church. Our lessons were taken from the book of Titus. It is a sound doctrine that leads to godliness, a transformed life, and unity and fellowship for one another. Two Hundred and fifty indigenous peoples attended. Praise the Lord! We also invited the Kondoshi tribe to join us once again for the upcoming conference in October.
In April, Sergio (a friend from Trujillo on the coast) and I traveled the River Cahuapanas to a small village named Kaupan. Sergio taught on salvation and restoration combined with an intended relationship with God. While serving there, I ran into my friend Beth Pepper. She was running a medical clinic. It was nice to meet up with her. After teaching in Kaupan, we traveled to the village Awajun where we met our guide Estello. He guided us to two other villages. We were thrilled that we could meet new groups of indigenous people. We pray that all the people groups we met were encouraged in the Word, and will participate in the upcoming conference.
Finally, in the upcoming months of July and August, we will travel River Marañon. We also can’t wait for the annual Conference and Workshops that will be held in October!
