August 2025 Prayer Letter

Dear Family and Friends,
Greetings to all of you.
The plans are underway for the annual Pastor/Leader Conference and workshops. We are excitedly looking forward to October 6-11 for the workshops and October 13-17 for the Bible teaching program. There will be much work to accomplish to prepare for the yearly conference. Please pray for our conference and workshops that the financial needs will be met. This annual conference is a huge part of the ministry. Due to the increased number of pastors and church leaders, the cost of presenting greatly increases each year.
According to the Apostle Paul, as found in 1 Corinthians 16:1-2, he reminds us that each one must plan ahead with thoughtful giving. I realized that this scripture is exceptionally relevant to my ministry at this time. I thank you for your partnership with Avivamiento Amazonica S. A.
Now about the collection for the saints: You should do the same as I (Paul) instructed the Galatian churches. On the first day of the week, each of you is to set something aside and save in keeping with how he prospers, so that no collections will need to made when I come.

Your contribution would be an invaluable asset to our organization as we spread the gospel, teaching the lost, and teaching God’s people to help Christians who are in desperate need.
Quick update:
After many weeks of travel along the tributaries of the Amazon River, which started in January ending in August. There has been a great desire for the hearing and teaching of God’s Word. In July/August we traveled the River Marañon visiting eleven new villages. We estimate 750 attendees for this year’s conference.

I will be arriving in PA August 23 for a short visit! Looking forward to tell you more about the river trips at our Mission Luncheon September 7, 2025 at Calvary Chapel Central Bucks. I hope to visit many of you and break bread together with glad and sincere hearts.
I thank God for His faithfulness and many blessings throughout my eight years in Peru.
So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity, for God loves a cheerful giver.
